Erigeron glaucus 'Compacta' - Seaside Daisy

Description

A lovely selection of the Seaside Daisy.  The name may cause you to ask "is this a compact variety?"  Well, the Seaside Daisy is already a very compact plant and I don't think this selection is any more so.  It does stay about a foot tall or under and spreads only a couple feet.  Flowers are a lovely pale purple disc-ray with big yellow centers.  Foliage is a wonderful lush green.  It would love full sun in a coastal garden, but will need afternoon shade away from the coast.  May need some summer water to look its best.
