Iris -PCH mystery violet - Pacific Coast Hybrid Iris

Description

A stunning PCH from my yard with unknow parentage- big violet standards and falls are accented by golden nectar guides outlined in white.  These colors combine to creat a luminous effect atop deep green clumping foliage.  Grows to about 1' x 3'.  Plant in full sun by the coast, and part shade everywhere else.  A perfect plant for dry shade and therefore is suitable under oaks.  As in general iris culture, clean the area around plants of debris and trim dead and spent leaves at least once a year, in late fall.
