(Adults, Larvae)

This form has pure white daisies, instead of the usual lavender. White flowered plants sometimes occur in the wild, growing next to the lavender ones. It is a neat perennial up to 1 ft. high. Near the coast, needs full sun and only occasional water. Inland may benefit from filtered sun and regular water. Native from our Channel Islands and San Luis Obispo County, north to Oregon. It is found on coastal bluffs and coastal scrub, where it is a major component of the spring and summer wildflower show.
