Description

Soft greyish green leaves on low spreading stems form a broad patch; large scarlet flowers appear at stem tips from summer to fall and attract hummingbirds. Introduced by the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden. Provide your plants with full sun and well drained soil. Prune for cleanliness in the spring to prepare for later blooms, cut back close to ground after blooms have finished for the year.
