Eriogonum nudum - Pink Flowered Buckwheat

Description

The Naked Stemmed Buckwheat found in our area can flower in a variety of colors. These plants were grown from seed collected from a pink flowered plant. Generally, the poorer the soil, the more pronounced the pink color is, so you may get anything from white with a tinge of pink to a rich ruby pink depending on your soil. Provide full sun, decent drainage, and little or no water once established.
