Verbena lilacina - Lilac-Scented Verbena

Description

This long-flowering perennial's sweetly scented purple flowers are a favorite of many local butterflies. Lilac-scented Verbena does well in sun, with only occasional water, and forms a low mound about 3 feet tall and wide. Flowers appear for most of the year, most profusely in spring.
