Description

The Iris-leaved Rush is native to moist places throughout the West. A striking addition to a pond or bog garden with its green sword shaped leaves, it will reach about 3 feet tall and spread to form a thicket. Keeping it in a submerged container is probably best for a small garden. Its spreading habit makes it great for erosion control, however. Provide a fair amount of moisture and sun to bright shade in your garden. Deer resistant.
