Erythronium californicum 'White Beauty' - Fawn Lily

Description

One of our most precious woodland perennials, the Fawn Lily is a diminutive lily that bears one to three delicate, nodding white flowers about six to nine inches above its foliage. Native to the coastal mountains of Northern California, it does best in a similar environment, with dappled shade, occasional water, and cool summers. Best appreciated in a mass, we have planted three bulbs per pot, which will increase over time. It does great in a container as long as care is taken not to over or under water - moist but never saturated is ideal.
