Description

This wide-ranging robust perennial is a member of chaparral, pine and mixed woodland communities as well as being found along roadsides and other disturbed places. It grows to about 3 feet in height. It begins to flower here in March and continues off and on through fall. The red and white flowers are arranged in umbels at the ends of branches. In your garden give it full sun and a dry well-drained site.
