Description

Canyon Sunflower occurs naturally in canyons and on moist wooded slopes in the southwestern part of the state. The stems grow from 2 to 5 feet and are covered in bright yellow flowers in spring and summer. In your garden consider using it in a shaded border or under oaks. On a slope it will function as a soil stabilizer.
