Description
This "improved" form of Ribes speciosum was selected from the Rana Creek area in Carmel Valley. Fuchsia Flowering Gooseberry grows from 4-6 feet tall and wide. Plant in full sun to part shade and give only occasional water. In summer this shrub is deciduous without supplemental water. In winter and spring, this shrub will delight you with masses of bright red, dangling flowers.
