Mimulus 'Sam' - Persoff's Hybrid Monkeyflower

Description

Mimulus 'Sam' has large, light butter yellow flowers and, dark, glossy green leaves. M. 'Sam' is one of persoff's hybrid monkeryflowers. These hybrids require more water than the species, about once a week in the summer. They also tend to favor a partly shaded situation. To maintain a compact, upright habit, cut back to about half the size when plants begin to push new growth in the spring.
