Polystichum acrostichoides - Christmas Fern

Description

Christmas Fern is native in North America and Canada. This is an extremely cold hardy fern remaining evergreen even at freezing temperatures. The new foliage of this fern is produced in flushes of silver color. It has been used as cut foliage in many states of the U.S. This fern would thrive in a moist anad shady garden, growing twelve to thirty-six inches.
