Lilium humboldtii - Humboldt Lily

Description

The Humbolt Lily is found in yellow pine forests of the Sierra foothills. In the right conditions it can reach 6-8 feet tall, but is generally closer to 4'. A single stem can have a dozen orange to yellow flowers, dotted with reddish brown spots. Provide this lily with sun to part shade and only occasional summer water. .
