Selaginella uncinata - Spike Moss

Description

This species is valued for its compact mat of attractive bluish foliage. It is a spreading plant that likes moist, warm conditions and develops its best color in fairly bright light. It can be used as a groundcover among ferns or under the benches in a greenhouse. In the proper conditions the plants can be very fast growing.
