Description

This form of the Leopard Lily was selected from an open pollinated plant at Yerba Buena Nursery in 1990. In nature this Lily grows along streambanks and in moist areas in the forests of the coast ranges from Santa Barbara to Humbolt County. The beautiful orange flowers with maroon spots bloon in July. The plant spreads underground, forming large colonies of bulbs in damp shady places. It is dormant in fall and winter.
