Epilobium - California Fuchsia

Description

This beautiful grey Epilobium grows near the old bay tree in the demonstration garden at YBN. The plant forms a spreading mat about about one foot tall. Late summer to fall it covers itself in brilliant red flowers. Epilobium is a must in any hummingbird garden.
