Description

Large, pink clusters of pompom shaped flowers adorn the 18" stalks of this prolific bulb. A native of wet, often heavy soils, from Del Norte to Monterey counties, the Meadow Onion makes a show between April and May. A great source of nectar for migrating butterflies. Early settlers used onion to ease hoarseness and to cure poison oak.
