Description

Well adapted to coastal bluffs and sand this annual grows in full sun and needs little water except to prolong blooms. It is low growing on sand and hillsides but will reach 2' in a garden. This plant is easy to grow and wildlife is attracted to it. Blooming from March through June it has a yellow flower with white tips. Tidy Tips are effective when planted with low growing native grasses and other wildflowers. Found along the coast from Mendocino to Santa Cruz Counties.
