Description
Dr. Leiser's Dark Blue grows up to three feet tall, is intricately branched, and spreads up to eight feet. Flowers January through March. Known for vivid flower colors. Will take summer water in the Interior, but on the coast it is better simply given a good soaking every 6-8 weeks. Will also tolerate significant pruning. Can handle heavy soil if given good drainage. Native to coastal bluffs of San Luis Obispo County.
