Cyrtomium falcatum - Holly Fern

Description

A native of Japan, Korea, and China, occurring in temperate and subtropical areas. Will grow in acid or alkaline soils and will accept a variety of positions from shade to full sun. This is an exceeedingly popular fern, it is prized for its decorative, dark green, leathery fronds. Plants are hardy and long-lived and succeed equally well in containers or in the ground.
