Comarostaphylis diversifolia - Summer Holly

Description

This evergreen shrub to small tree is closely related to manzanitas. Distinguished by white summer flowers followed by showy red berries in fall. Starts out shrubby, then opens up a bit, taking on the appearance of a small, mutitrunked tree.
