Description
A shrub 3'-4' high and spreading 6'-8' wide. A rapid-growing and dense shrub, with dark glossy foliage. Showy medium-blue flower clusters about 1" long, April-May. An old standby which tolerates heavy soil, heat, and more water than most California lilacs. Also considered to be longer lived and longer-blooming than most. Prefers sun and semi-dry conditions.
