Phacelia californica - White Phacelia

Description

Native to coastal bluffs and canyons from Santa Clara County to Del Norte County, below 1500'. It has attractive silky grey-green leaves with a distinc-tive veining pattern. The flowers are purple fiddleheads which bloom from middle to late spring, and are especially beautiful amongst the Phacelias. It can take shade to full sun, and appreciates some summer water.
