Description

This California currant has dainty clusters of pure white flowers that appear in early spring before its leaves. It is smaller in stature than its pink cousins, reaching only 6', but is equally amenable to pruning. It prefers light shade and occasional water. With its leaves turning golden yellow in the fall it provides a beautiful foil for the dark greens of ferns and other shade plants.
