Description

This bush mallow deserves to be used more often in the dry sunny garden. It's lovely pink to lavender flowers, reminiscent of apple blossoms, appear in dense clusters on 8 inch spikes in April and are quite long lasting. In warm locations the flowers last nearly year round. It needs to be in a sunny dry, well-drained location. Should be regularly pinched to form a denser plant. It has a rounded form to about 3 feet high. Native to San Clemente Island.
