Calystegia macrostegia 'Anacapa Pink' - Morning Glory

Description

This semi-deciduous, hardy vine has long stemmed, trumpet shaped pink and white flowers. Blooms in late spring or early summer and continues to bloom throughout the summer. Plant in full sun. This vine climbs rapidly, making it good for covering fences and walls. Prune in winter when the plant is dormant. Native to the Central Coast to Mexico it is drought tolerant on the coast, but does best with occasional water inland.
