Humata tyermanii - Silver Hare's Foot

Description

This is a fun fern to grow, with it's creeping silvery furred rhizomes and neat 8-12" dark green finely divided fronds. It needs humid, airy conditions, and plenty of water during its growing season. It is an epiphyte, and may be grown in a basket to insure good drainage. Silver Hairs Foot Fern occurs in Subtropical to Temperate regions in China. In general, keep its soil MOIST-DRY.
