Description: A most beautiful plant, with silvery leaves, and lavender flowers in spring. Low, mounding perennial to 8" tall and 1' wide. Rock garden plant: needs very good drainage, gravel. Will not survive in heavy soils or clay. It does make a good container plant, however. Native to sunny, dry, gravelly sites in the Bay Area and elsewhere in our state.
