- Santa Clara Valley Water Disctrict WELRP (Water Efficient Landscape Rebate Program)
This program offers Santa Clara Valley residents up to a $10,000 rebate, or $75 per 100 sq./ft, whichever is lower. Follow the above link to learn more.
- East Bay Municipal Utilities District "WaterSmart" Residential Landscape Rebate Program
EBMUD offers a rebate to residential homes who convert a current high water-use landscape to a low water-use landscape. They will rebate up to $1,000 for a portion of the cost of irrigation system parts (except for irrigation controllers) and landscape materials, including permeable hardscape (i.e. pavers, flagstone or brick set in sand or other materials that allow water to pass through). Labor costs are not rebated. See website for details.
