This beautiful annual is native to the Sierra foothills and Coast Ranges. The flowers range in color from burgundy to pink to white on plants that are typically 2' tall, making them a good choice for borders and cut flowers. Blooming time is from May or June and lasts for 2-3 months. This plant will take full sun or part shade and drought, though regular garden water will prolong their bloom.
