Description:
A tough, deer resistant Ceanothus with lavender springtime flowers. Stiff stems form a rounded shrub for a small, groundcover situation. Great for bees and butterflies, pair with Mimulus, Encelia and Epilobium for a stunning blend of colors and seasonal blooms. Drought tolerant once established and is happy in sun or part shade. Amenable to a variety of soil conditions, but like all Ceanothus appreciates a small amount of drainage assistance in clay.
