This cultivar of our Native Idaho Fescue was introduced by the Tilden Park Botanical Garden. Compact growth habit and silvery-blue foliage make it a striking addition to a perennial bed or meadow garden. Looks beautiful spilling out of a container as well. Drought tolerant, it's a bit lusher with water several times a summer. Takes full sun to light shade. For added contrast, combine with deeper-hued Idaho Fescues, such as the blue-green 'Tomales Bay' selection.
