Description: Our favorite low growing manzanita for full sun, 'Bert Johnson' is a dense, low shrub, typically 10" tall, and spreading to 6' or so. Its new growth has a bronze tint, and it is covered by clusters of tiny pink to white flowers in late winter. Its tight foliage cascades over walls, rocks and container edges beautifully. Tolerant of many soil conditions and garden situations.
