Description:
This Verbena grows in wet places, ditches and marshes below 4000' in the Great Valley, the Central Coast and San Francisco Bay areas, north to British Columbia and east to Arizona. The violet flowers are arranged in dense spikes from 3 to 6" in length, which butterflies will visit. A good subject for the edge of a pond. In your garden, provide sun and a moist situation.
