Description: Want a compact Zauschneria? This is it! A selection of Z. cana, which accounts for its narrow leaves. Other than having a more dense, compact habit, it is a typical Zauschneria, with tubular, orange-red flowers July through October. Needs sun, but can take light shade. 'Hurricane Point' prefers occasional water, reaches a height/spread of 1' x 2' and is irresistible to hummingbirds.
