Description:
This selection of California Fescue comes to us from Humboldt County. Its large dark green leaves create a beautiful mosaic of light and shadow under oaks and in other shady locations in the garden. It also takes full sun well. It is very drought tolerant after establishment, and adaptable to many soil types. The leaves form a clump 2 to 3 feet tall and wide, with flowering stalks rising to around 4 feet.
