Description: Saint Catherine's Lace is our largest species of Buckwheat. In summer and fall this buckwheat provides a show of large, spreading clusters of creamy-white flowers which form a canopy over the pale gray foliage. The flowers take on a rusty hue as they age, and remain on the plant until the first hard rains, or can be removed earlier and used in arrangements.
