Yerba Buena Nursery has joined with other Coastside businesses who have agreed to follow important environmental standards as part of this program. The Half Moon Bay Coastside Chamber of Commerce & Visitor's Bureau is trying to build a balanced and sustainable tourism economy by working with the farmers, fishermen, and the business community. By patronizing these businesses visitors can participate in exciting hands-on activities and a chance to meet our local residents whose commitment to environmental business practices serves to preserve the Coastside as a special place.


California Native Plant Society

The California Native Plant Society (CNPS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the understanding and appreciation of California's native plants. Conservation of these plants and their natural habitats is promoted through education, science, advocacy, horticulture and land stewardship.

In addition to other benefits, membership in the California Native Plant Society brings various detailed and in-depth publications such as the quarterly CNPS journal, Fremontia, to your door. Funds contribute to the preservation of California's rich and diverse native flora.
