Farmhouse Teas:
Join us in our beautiful 1905 Victorian Farmhouse
at 12 noon for a traditional Tea Service which includes sandwiches, scones, pastry and hot tea. The meal is substantial, more like a "lunch." Vegetarian menu is available with advance notice. Bring a friend and combine your tea with a stroll through our lovely gardens.
Guests age 12 and over are welcome. Cost is $25 per person, prepaid, tax included. Reservations are required, and close 2 days in advance. Call Kathy at (650) 851-1668 for reservations.

Local author Maggie Foard, from La Honda, has written a beautifully
photographed cookbook filled with gourmet recipes using goat cheese.
We will hear from Maggie about her inspiration for this book and taste
several of the recipes such as the Picnic Ciabatta, Lemon Breakfast Tart,
Cherry Oatmeal Scones with Chevre or fromage blanc and Espresso Cheesecake
Brownies. Maggie will sign copies of her book, which makes an excellent
gift for the cookbook collector. Prepaid reservation required.

Autumn Wreath Making Workshops By Chris Dye
Yerba Buena alumn Chris Dye is known for making bouquets and garlands
using native plants. In this workshop you will harvest wild grape, Vitis
californica, to make a wreath base, then gather materials from our garden
to complete your wreath. Chris is coming from Colorado to teach this
workshop. Hot tea will be provided to keep the chill at bay. Bring
your own Felco clippers and a lunch to eat before or after your class.

Christmas Tea Lunches - Reservations Now Being Taken!
Join us in our 100 year old Farmhouse Great Room, beautifully decorated
for the holidays. Guests can expect delicious food, an elegant environment and the kind of country
hospitality found only at the end of our "Road Less Taken." The lunch is a hot meal which includes
appetizer, entrée choice of Chicken da Vinci in puff pastry or Fire Roasted Vegetables
En Croute followed by Yuletide dessert. We serve our special holiday Christmas Blend Tea.
This is the perfect place to bring coworkers or convene a special group of friends for a
holiday celebration. We can accommodate up to 50 guests at each tea date. Should you wish your
own table, bring a group of 10 people! Tables of 10 receive a discount of $5 per person with a
check payment.
Arrival time for your group should be at 12:00 noon with the tea served promptly at 12:30 pm.
Guests age 12 and over welcome. Cost is $45 per person, all-inclusive with a non-refundable credit
card pre-payment required. Please select your entrée choice when making your reservation.
Guests will receive a $5 discount coupon for gifts from our Holiday Shoppe. Tickets are sold
only in advance and will be mailed to you before the event.
