The charming gardens and country setting of the Yerba Buena Nursery may be used to host a private event for 30-50 persons. Our Farmhouse Great Room can provide dining or meeting space for up to 50 guests.

The Nursery and Gerda Isenberg Native Plant Garden can be opened after hours and the gift shop will be available for your guests to browse in. We will arrange for adequate parking and have a restroom for your guests.

Events held in the Farmhouse Great Room may be held during normal nursery hours. Events must be over by 6 p.m. Due to the unique nature of our facility, private events are for adults only (over age 13). Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the nursery grounds.

Yerba Buena has an approved catering service which offers a variety of menus at various prices. You can select a "High Tea" luncheon for just $30 per person, or personalize a luncheon to suit your tastes. We can also arrange for music (non-amplified only) and other services. As there are no kitchen facilities, all necessary cooking equipment & supplies will need to be provided by the caterer. Caterer must set up/take down all rental equipment. Nursery must be left clean and free of debris. All garbage must be removed from Nursery property by caterer. Any remaining clean-up will be deducted from deposit.

Rental Fee: $1250 for up to 3 ½ hours, including your set-up/take-down/clean-up time.
This includes Great Room rental plus 1 staff person for the duration of your event. Additional time may be arranged at $100 per 1/2 hour. Catering charges per person will be determined. Rental of linens, umbrellas, tent, etc. are additional. All rental equipment must be provided by Yerba Buena Nursery. Specific location of your event must be arranged with Yerba Buena staff prior to the event to ensure protection of the plants and gardens.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit for the full rental fee of $1250 is required to hold your date. A refundable deposit of $200 is required in case of overtime charges or necessary clean-up. All fees are payable upon reservation.

*** Please Note: no buses are allowed at Yerba Buena Nursery. We are at the end of a private road with several neighbors whom we do not wish to disturb. Please plan to use personal cars or passenger vans instead. Our thanks.
